ATN by Antoine Cormerais

Based in Paris, France, Antoine has been creating and performing cardistry since 2012. He first got our (and everyone’s) attention, during Cardistry-Con 2015, where he showcased his move “Squall”.
He’s unique style involving complex shapes, conceptual ideas and perfect execution, made him one of the most promising up-and-coming cardists of the new generation. We’re proud to count him as one of our featured artists, and we can’t wait to see what he’ll do next.

His project ATN is only the beginning, and after seeing his dedication and his creative mind in action, we’re sure of one thing: he has a great future in this art form.

Dan Harlan was instrumental in popularizing magic with rubber bands and is widely considered a master of rubber band magic. On this DVD he teaches the original routines and techniques that gave him his worldwide reputation. You will learn easy-to-perform rubber band magic that's perfect for impromptu situations.

All the routines are impromptu and can be done with borrowed rubber bands. In addition to the routines Dan also teaches variations, applications, and ideas to further enhance the magic.

Routines performed and explained:
  • Traveling Tips -- A streamlined variation of Dan Harlan's award winning Traveling Cash routine. It's an outstanding piece of magic where two rubber bands are held between the hands and a spectator holds the top of four strands. Then, the held strand VISUALLY begins to travel down to second, third, fourth positions. It's a reputation maker.
  • Original Impromptu Linking Rubber Bands -- Dan Harlan's original method of linking and unlinking rubber bands.
  • Snapped Again -- A rubber band is convincingly broken and visually restored.
  • Joint Venture -- A rubber band is wrapped around your finger and magically penetrates right through it. The sequence is repeated under more impossible conditions.
Also performed and explained:
  • Bandlocked
  • Instant Separation
  • P'Link
  • Incredible Shrinking Rubber Band
  • Rubber Ring Flight
  • Another Ringer
  • Wrist Band
  • Michael Goldman's Twisted
  • Band Roll-On

Breaking Point by Johannes Mengel

Perform BELIEVABLE magic and create true ASTONISHMENT anywhere at any time!

"I laughed out-loud during the trailer, and the smile never left my face. Now I just need to convince you to teach me the secret... I hope there's a secret.”  – Maxwell Murphy, co-founder of Penguin Magic

THE EFFECT: Breaking Point is an effect which allows you to dislocate your finger and then bend it in impossible ways. The routine consists of 3 parts:

1. Dislocating the finger - making it pop out of the socket
2. Bending the finger (multiple versions)
3. Popping the finger back in place

"This is a great effect! The cracking of the finger is pure eye and ear candy." - Joe Rindfleisch, the creator of Fracture

The effect has been tested for several years and never fails to amaze people. Usually, people don’t believe in magic, but sometimes with this effect when I've told my spectators that it’s NOT real... they don't believe me! This is an effect your spectators WILL remember and gives you the reputation of being able to do more than just magic tricks.

"Hahaha, I love it!!! So good!"- Adam Wilber, creator of Decibel and Pyro

“Johannes's Breaking Point is an effective routine based on interesting techniques - I really like it!" - Will Houstoun, magic historian, creator of Freak 2.0
